PHCS, founded in 2026, are an organisation providing independent property advice.

Founder Paul Holder (MRICS) has more than 35 years experience in the commerical and residential property markets around Brighton and across Sussex and the South-East of England. Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and studied at South Bank University.

Paul is now available for property consultancy work under his own banner.
